New concession stand dedication

the Summer Recreational Program field - ready for the summer season. This
ball field was the old Hartford High School football field until 1960 when
the new high school was built. The field is located at the end of Lincoln
Street in Hartford and now used for all of the Hartford summer ball
programs.
